How everything started
Our company started with the special needs community in mind. Chad's experience as the father of an autistic child and involvement in the community as a whole, was the motivator to go from running a logistics firm to washing windows.

While we are just getting started, our mission is to have at least one special needs person in every window cleaning crew.
Often times, these amazing individuals have the ability to focus more so than many of us. They can find joy in meticulous work.
This unique ability gives us the opportunity to deliver exceptionally clean windows to our customers while also having the ability to give jobs to a wider range of people.

Meet Mr. Ziz Himself
Chad grew up in a small town in eastern Ohio, where he learned the value of hard work early on in his father’s woodworking shop. After moving to Cincinnati in 2010, he studied at the University of Cincinnati and went on to build a successful career in the logistics industry—eventually working his way up to Chief Operating Officer at a Covington-based firm.
Now married for nearly a decade and a proud father of two, Chad is driven by a new mission: to build a business that gives back to the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati communities that have given so much to his family. Mr. Ziz is more than just a window cleaning service—it’s a legacy in the making.
With a background in big business and a deep respect for the customer experience, Chad brings a level of professionalism, transparency, and trust that sets Mr. Ziz apart in the home service industry.
