At Mr. Ziz, we want every customer to feel confident and excited about booking their window cleaning this season. Below are the official rules and details for our Fall Giveaway and Satisfaction Guarantee.
🎁 Giveaway Guidelines
- Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older to enter.
- Must be located within our service area (Northern Kentucky & Greater Cincinnati).
- One entry per household per cleaning.
- How to Enter
- Book a window cleaning during the Fall Giveaway period.
- Each booked cleaning = 1 raffle entry.
- Customers who sign up for a Shine Plan receive 2 raffle entries per cleaning.
- Prize
- Winner will receive one (1) free Deep Clean service, to be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date.
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
- Drawing & Notification
- Drawing will take place within 7 days after the promotion ends.
- Winner will be notified by phone/email. If unresponsive after 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.
- Winner will also be announced on Mr. Ziz LLC’s branded Facebook page

We stand by our work and want you to love the results. Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to customers enrolled in an active Shine Plan.
- If you are not fully satisfied with your Shine Plan cleaning, we will return to make it right.
- If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll give you a FREE service credit (of equal value) to use at a future visit.
Guarantee Exclusions:
- Pre-existing damage or defects in glass, frames, or screens.
- Windows, tracks, or frames that are compromised due to age, warping, or other structural issues.
- Services outside the scope of your Shine Plan.

- Mr. Ziz LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these guidelines.
